These races started at Robin Hoods Bay and featured stunning routes along the clifftop Cleveland Way taking in Whitby and back, and for the 30 miler  Ravenscar and Hayburn Wyke too.

David Smithers started 2016 with  some serious running taking part in the Ultra distance 30 mile version of the race and was 11th with a time of 04:24:37. Pretty amazing considering the distance and the undulating terrain.

In the 15 mile race Sarah Atwood was 3rd female and 12th overall  with Stefan Durkin 16th.

-New Years Parkruns.

With the Knavesmire under several feet of water , the die-hard parkrunners had to seek their thrills elsewhere.

Well done to all, lets have another great year of running!
