Training Nights Spring/Summer 2009.
This is to confirm that the Monday and Thursday club running nights will
continue throughout the summer months. I will take into consideration
those members who are training for marathons and also members who are
not running a marathon and want a good run. The summer months and
holiday season I know numbers can get depleted, but I will
be down to ensure we all get a good run.
I trust those of you
who are doing marathons do well and all who go on holiday have a good
time.
Look forward to
seeing you all on Monday and Thursday evenings and safe running.
