Runs
Twelve races a year are designated as Club runs. Lots of members run in them, making them good social events as well as exciting races.
The 2009 races are as follows; exact dates will be provided as they become known. After each race we calculate the points for each member and you can view how everyone is doing
here.

Members are awarded 10 points if they are the fastest in their sex-age category, 9 points if they are next and so on. At the end of the year those with the highest total points in their category win a Gold Award, those with the next highest a Silver Award and anyone who has run in six club races or more receives a Bronze Award. These are awarded at the Annual Awards Dinner in February. Details of how the points are calculated are
