3 ‘firsts ‘ at Honley
A small but select group of YKH racers ventured into the wilds of the Holme Valley to complete this the first challenge of the 2015 GP series.
Offering a combination of steeple chase and cross country conditions this is not a race for the feint hearted but our intrepid team managed three ‘firsts’. Congratulations to Ian Bithell who came first in his age group, Gabriel Uttley who ran as a YKH vet for the first time and Duncan Chambers who raced for the first time for 18months after prolonged injury.
Well done lads. Hope to see a few more faces at the next race which is at Kirkstall on May 26th. Don’t forget we can arrange transport just give us a call.
