Vet’s Grand Prix Series. Race 2
Kirkstall Abbey Tues 26th May
Unfortunately due to the usual clash with the York Summer league our vet’s contingent was greatly reduced!
Starting and finishing n the picturesque grounds of Kirkstall Abbey Danny Chan and Roger Bilsby both ran well completing the course in good form. Thanks lads for flying the YKH flag.
Our next event is on Sunday the 5th June at Lythe near Whitby. It is a new event for the vets and sounds like it will offer the usual challenges. Any YKH club member aged over 35 years can run to secure points for our teams. Youngsters (under 35 years) can also run as guests. Just turn up, pay £5 race entry, then enjoy the race, the scenery, the buffet and of course the company. Please refer to the yvaa website for full event details.
