Amongst the awards to be issued at the AGM/Presentation Evening on 22nd March will be the Wandering Wasp Award 2016.
These awards are made for flying the YKH banner around the country, or even around the world! Points are awarded for each completed race:
- 2 point for each race outside Yorkshire in England
- 4 points for outside of England in the rest of the UK
- 8 points for outside the UKDeadline for entries is 1st March 2017.
Four Wasp awards are made with a Winner and Runner-up for both Men and Ladies.
York Knavesmire Harriers Club vests must be worn to qualify and no member to win the top award twice within a 5 year period.
If you wish to be considered for the award please list the races that you ran in 2016 that meet the above criteria.
