Plenty of running in far flung places last weekend .
Over in Germany on Sunday we had Alex Bedingham and Amy Garner running in the Frankfurt Marathon and the 5k Pretzel run the day before.
A little further away we had Michelle Atkins, Jayne Fligg and Julie Rooks taking part in the 40th Marine Corps Marathon in Washington USA.
Over in Wales – Sarah Attwood (3:40:21) , Nick Griffin ( 3:58:35) , Stef Durkin (4:15:49) and Paul Adams ( 6:09:21) took part in the rather moist Snowdonia Marathon.
Danny Chan ran the Worksop Half Marathon in 01:29:17.
Barry Atkinson and Harry Holmes ran the Great Whernside race on Saturday (34th and 7th) and on Sunday Harry ran the Bronte Way (6th)
Viv Fraser did Holmfirth 15 in 2:19:47
Near Harrogate there was the Whixley 10k, Knavesmire runners taking part were :
