This is a coach-led session for all abilities, with structured warmups included at the start. The session tends to be roughly 5000m total of efforts, with recoveries in between. Each week is slightly different, you never know what you’re going to get.
Runners will be separated into self-selected groups according to their speed, with group 3 being the fastest group (generally sub-40 minutes for a 10k race). Please use the designated lanes for efforts, overtaking and recovery, in order to keep everyone safe. If you have a question then just ask the coaches and they’ll be happy to answer.
If you are new to track could you make yourself known to the coaches, so they can explain the sessions and help you work out which group is best for you.
