Thinking of taking up running, want to get fitter, think you can’t do it, entered a big race but don’t know how to start training, running for a charity, do you need encouragement, fun, some structure and a plan? then this is for YOU…

Starting to run or training for a big race can seem like a daunting and lonely prospect, but it’s so much easier when you begin with a supportive group, of people like you and with trained running group leaders to help and advise you.
Ideally suited for those doing their first 5k, 10k , Great North Run or Yorkshire Marathon , we’ll take you from a few meters, to a mile and gradually on to achieve your goal.

Starts Thursday 6th June at York College at 6.30pm (then continues Mondays and Thursdays as above).
