This is a coach-led session for all abilities, with structured warmups included at the start. The session tends to be roughly 5000m total of efforts, with recoveries in between. Each week is slightly different, you never know what you're going to get. Runners will be separated into self-selected groups according to their speed, with group 3 being the fastest group (generally sub-40 minutes for a 10k race). Threshold Thursday

Hot on the heels of the cross country training sessions, David Morrison and Toby Hone will be launching threshold sessions on the first Thursday of each month, starting on 5 October. The sessions are aimed at everyone across all abilities. Please wear hi-vis clothing and bring a headtorch if you have one.
