Endurance Training

Speedwork, Interval and Threshold Training Sessions.

Endurance training sessions are on Tuesday and Thursday nights and are led by Peter Schofield our Level 3 Endurance Performance Coach.

The aim of the sessions is to improve fitness levels and race times for all abilities from 5k to ultra and help athletes fulfil their potential. The sessions will be progressive depending on athlete’s individual racing agendas.
