INTRODUCTION TO TRACK TRAINING – 3rd, 10th, 17th and 24th October.

Every Tuesday at 6:30 pm, over 50 club members meet at the University of York running track (Post code: YO10 5NA) for an hour of track training. This is led by club coach Pete Schofield and his team.

Starting on Tuesday 3 October, our coaching team will be hosting a four week “introduction to track training” programme. It is open to all members, there is no charge and no special running shoes are needed. All abilities are welcome.

This is a great way to try track training, and it could work well for anyone who is running the Guy Fawkes 10 mile or Dalby Dash 10k club runs in November.

No need to book or pay. Just turn up!
