Knavesmire’s Emma Yates continued her fine form with 1st in the Ladies competition, time 41:36 . Cassie Holmes also ran well to finish 4th Lady in 45:34.
Knavesmire’s leading men were Lindsay Toulson (00:38:32) finishing 4th and Simon Collins ( 38:44) in 5th , Simon was able to lay claim to the prize for first ‘local’.
Pete Downes was first M50 in 43:42.
Maureen Medlar was First F60 in approx’ 58:00.
Our strong turnout was reflected in the team results , our A, B and C Mens teams finishing 1st, 2nd and 3rd. and the Ladies A being 1st B 3rd and C 5th.
