Qin completed the Chengdu Marathon , placing 12362nd out of 20000 runners in a time of 4:24:51.
A good result of little ‘proper’ training aided by good conditions.

Knavesmie’s Ladies took the team prize at this almost 7 mile race in the scenic North York Moors.
