Knavesmire Ladies, Rose, Cassie and Mel won the Female Team Prize, it was also great to see some club members trying out fell racing for the first time.
The race was 7 miles over the moors from Goathland.
Qin said via facebook:
“Glad I joined the fun today, Cassie! Hannah, Paula, Jeremy and I all enjoyed our first ever fell race! Thanks for the encouragement and reassurance from everyone. Seriously I was worried about getting lost in the moors. We will be back! Special thanks to Jon Pitchford who drove us, did the marshalling and took the lovely photos”
