4400m of ascent on a 63km route starting at the Lanty Slees Stickle Barn events centre, travelling over sections of the infamous Scafell Sky Race before branching off after the 1st feed station to take a roller coaster of a route over Kirk Fell, through Wasdale, up and over Scafell Pike taking a different line into Great Langdale before rudely heading back out and over to the Coniston Fells for the awesome Prison Band between Swirl How and Wetherlam before heading back .
