An almost 11 mile Lakeland race from the often overlooked Duddon Valley. The race which was a counter for the English Fell Championships took in a variety of peaks including Swirl How and The Old Man of Coniston, weather on the day was perfect for running up mountains , not too hot , no wind and high cloud affording great views from the tops and allowing easier navigation.
