Victoria and Ewan Sewell and Phil Graves as ‘ Family Affair ‘ won the mixed team prize and were 7th overall ,
28th overall were ‘The Likely Lads’ – Nick Zizzler, Laurence Griffin and ‘Jonathon Pinder’.
32nd overall were ‘The Monkees’ – Mandy Clarke, Mark Dye and Louise Venables

—Golden Acre Park Relay.
On Facebook Emily reported that ” On Tuesday me, Louise Venables and Lucy Pinder were team Knavesmire at the golden acre park relays (although we all happened to forget our club vests oops). Despite being few in number, the rest of the club was with us in spirit, and the one/ two woman cheering band still out-yelled the other clubs’ cheering squads as each of us raced our sprint finishes.
We managed second open women’s team overall (yet this is to be confirmed due to another team forgetting some of their ages…). Was a fun twisty trail/ off road course, and should definitely be placed in the club’s calendar next year!”

—Tom’s Bransdale Fell Race. ( Weds ) Results
A fantastic mid-week fell race held in one of the North Yorkshire Moors remotest dales, great as always to see a good YKH representation at this race in memory of one of our sadly departed club members .
The race features one big climb away from the start , but afterwards is just one great exhilarating rush of manic downhills , leaping streams, bounding through heather , brushing through bracken and jumping stiles.
