Major cool down needed after racing in the afternoon heat
—Humber Bridge Half Marathon.
Last weekend Pamela Cockerill completed her first half since joining the club and completed in 2.59.35 at age 72.
—Endure 24 Bramham Park.
A number of club members took part in this endurance ultra event , completing as many 5 mile loops as possible in 24 hours, either solo or in relay teams/pairs.
