TRANSFERS/REFUND POLICY
The transfer window closes at 23:59 on December 20th 2021 – all transfers must be completed by this time (see HERE for instructions). For any later transfers please contact the organisers for further information.
Unfortunately entry refunds will not be possible in the event of race cancellation (including COVID-related), as many of the race expenses will have been incurred. We will not be able to roll over entries to subsequent years.
FEES
Note that a limit of two entries per order is being enforced for 2022. The initial event entry (it normally sells out very quickly!) will be managed by the Results Base queue system – please read the instructions and make sure your profile and athlete data is all updated before you start entry.
UKA Affiliated club members: £30*
Non-affiliated runners: £32
Please note that all runners must be 18 or older on the day of the race.
An administration fee of 6% will be applied to each order by our online entry system partner, Results Base.
* Please note that during the registration process your British Athletics/UKA membership will be checked and if valid the appropriate discount will be applied. Scottish Athletics and Welsh Athletics members can also obtain the discount by entering their membership number into the appropriate field.
There will be no registrations on the day.
