Entries are now open for the Yorkshire Vets XC Championships on Sunday 28th September at Nunroyd Park, Yeadon, Leeds. This event is a great way to give Cross Country a go and entry only costs £5. Middleton wins Middleton Cup

August saw the inaugural hosting of the pretigious "Middleton Cup", with its honorary namesake, club-legend-John-Middleton, claiming glorious victory. As background, YKH Social Secretary, Richard Tarrega, bet YKH Members Secretary, Alistair McQueen (after a couple of cheeky cocktails - honestly) that Alistair could not beat club-legend-John-Middleton in any of the 2014 summer league races.
