Middleton wins Middleton Cup

August saw the inaugural hosting of the pretigious "Middleton Cup", with its honorary namesake, club-legend-John-Middleton, claiming glorious victory. As background, YKH Social Secretary, Richard Tarrega, bet YKH Members Secretary, Alistair McQueen (after a couple of cheeky cocktails - honestly) that Alistair could not beat club-legend-John-Middleton in any of the 2014 summer league races. VETS GRAND PRIX RACE SERIES Race 9 West Park Leeds 19th August Once again it was the ‘boys’ who turned out for the club at this new race.
