Results
Well done to Knavesmire runners David Smithers and Sarah Attwood, David won the race and Sarah was first Lady.
19 YKH club members took part in the 10k race held at Sutton on the Forest , not too far North of York.
Also in the top ten were 7th Neil strange (2nd M55) and 9th Rob Ward

—T’owd Man Trail Race
Another victory for a Knavesmire runner as Harry Holmes won this race and also claimed a new course record.
It is run over a distance of 22.4km with a climb of 724 metres, somewhere near Wirksworth , south of the Peak District.

—Robin Hood Half Marathon.

Knavesmire’s very own ‘Road Warrior Stef Durkin and Ewan Cochrane made the trip to Nottingham for this Half Marathon.
Ewan set off strongly hoping to get an unassailable lead on Steff, but the Marathon Man ground down his good buddy to take the lead in the last couple of miles , and claim the honours in their friendly rivalry.
Stef was 314th with a time of 1:33:00 and Ewan 333rd in 1:33:21.

Well done to Mandy Clarke on completing this epic event.

Stephen Maddison was 378th and ran the race in 2:43:37, narrowly missing out on his target of going sub 2:40.
