–Knavesemire Harriers ‘Knavesmire’ Relays.knrealays

Thursday evening featured a great Social / Training cross over event with teams of three assembled on the night to race around a one mile loop in  the trees beside Tadcaster Road.

This fun event attracted a good number of club members who enjoyed the fun relay race, the following handicap race and a buffet at the Knavesmire Pub afterwards.

Results:Knavesmire Summer Relay Results 2016

If you enjoyed blasting around the tracks among’st the trees remember you can do it every Thursday evening at 6;30 with Pete’s training group, typically they do a repetition of the one mile loop , and as we near the Cross country season there will be more emphasis on shorter hill reps.
Everyone is welcome to come and give it a go , ask for Coach Pete’s invaluable advice and your running is sure to benefit.
