David Smithers had a great race taking 2nd place overall (1st M40-44) with a time of 02:39:55.
Lindsay Toulson was 2nd M40-44 and 9th overall with a time of 2:53:20.
Alex Wheeler completed the race with as time of 3:28:30.

Ewan at the finish of the VK
Looking back down the VK course, competitors had to jog back down for a nice warm down.
Ewan Kirk reached the summit in this tough vertical race in a time of 1:08:30 , the race was the warm up act for the Skrunning ‘Extreme ‘ race the Glen Coe Skyline. Ewan was 72nd of 160 runners.

Stef Durkin and Andy Bell raced over in Noerthern Ireland at the weekend, relenishing with a few Guinesses afterwards.
Stef finished in 1 hour 38, and Andy Bell in 1:39:29.
