Plenty of running in far flung places last weekend . Over in Germany on Sunday we had Alex Bedingham and Amy Garner running in the Frankfurt Marathon and the 5k Pretzel run the day before. A little further away we had Michelle Atkins, Jayne Fligg and Julie Rooks taking part in the 40th Marine Corps Marathon in Washington USA.
