Thursday's endurance squad session will from that point become the Threshold session to be held on the Knavesmire. Calling all YKH vets Full details of the 2nd race of the 2015 Grand Prix series to held at Kirkstall Leeds can now be found on the yvaa website. This race is on Tuesday May 26th at 7.30pm. If you are aged over 35 then you are eligible to compete for your club and earn us valuable points – why not give it a go?
