The Magnificent Sevenths Saturday's trip to Lightwater Valley ably demonstrated the club's superb team spirit . It was a joy to see the club field a good number of runners in both the Ladies and Men's races, and our strong individual performances and great team results showed once again that we are both York's and North Yorkshire premier running club.
