Thursday social run – change of location

There is horse racing on Thursday 18 May, which will make access to Hamilton Panthers difficult. The social run will therefore start from York College instead, same as the Monday social run. Couch to 5K course.

We are pleased to announce that YKH is putting on a Couch to 5K course for the first time. Created and organised by qualified coaches, this 8 week programme will guide and support runners to run 5km. It's designed both for new runners, and those who haven't run for a while and want to get back into it. The sessions will be on Tuesdays at 6:30pm from 6 June up to 25 July, with a graduation parkrun on 29 July at York.
