---West Yorkshire Cross Country League - Race #2 - Nunroyd Park , Leeds.             Results. -YKH Senior Ladies. 'A' team ( 4 to count ) were 1st ( of 13 ) , YKH Ladies have now taken  the top spot in the first two races. This time the Ladies ran 5k , 1 small and 2 large laps of the nicely undulating park. YKH Racing Round Up – w.e 24th October – Leeds Abbey Dash , Ladies team win at Lockton

---Leeds Abbey Dash 10k. Ed Hooper's hard graft in training paid off with a very swift  PB time of 34:03 smashing his way under 35 minutes for the first time by some margin. Viv Fraser also got a well earnt PB and was fourth out of 88 ladies in her FV55-59 age group. Louise Prashad beat her previous best 10k time by 14 minutes ! YKH Racing Round Up – w.e 10th October – Yorkshire Three Peaks, Kilham 10k…

---66th Yorkshire Three Peaks Race. New club member Rose Mather was first lady at this historic  23 mile Yorkshire Dales fell race. An astounding achievement, especially as it was her first attempt at the challenging event, perhaps aided by some good advice from her mother who was the second placed lady way back in 1984.
