The number of races on offer is 12-14 and only your best 6 results count. This gives runners a good choice of which runs they do and allows for a more varied range of races to better reflect all aspects of the club. Lots of members tend to run in these races, making them good social events as well as exciting races. Rules You compete against your own gender in age categories.
