- Rose (centre ) was Yorkshire’s first team member to finish
Rose Mather represented Yorkshire and the team were Silver Medallists.
The event was held in Keswick and the 16km race went up Latrigg, Lonscale Fell and Little Skiddaw before a speedy descent back down the tourist path to Fitz Park.
Rose was 7th Lady.
