Endurance Training Sessions on Thursday Moving Location

Please note that from Thursday 17th September (6.30pm)  the Thursday Endurance Training Group will be moving it's meeting place. (The Thursday Social Groups are unaffected) The Endurance group will be starting to focus on sessions aimed at getting us in condition for the Cross Country season, they would also benefit those not doing XC. English National Cross Country Championships @ Parliament Hill, London – Report

Some say the streets in the Capital are paved with gold, for those seeking cross country glory on Saturday they found London's historic  course was coated in mud. Parliament Hill situated in North London's Hampstead Heath offers stunning panoramic views of  capital's skyline.
