Strong showings at the Washburn Valley Relays

Report by Stewart Creasey The Washburn Valley Relays – a race of three legs around the Fewston and Swinsty reservoirs near Otley – attracted approximately 60 teams this year. Among them were both a Men’s and a Ladies’ team from Knavesmire Harriers. Osmotherley Phoenix 2014 Report

Five Knavesmire Harriers entered the Osmotherley Phoenix this year with Simon Collins, Phil Richardson and Margaret Metcalfe running the 17 Mile route and myself stepping up to the 26 mile route from the 17 last year along with Michael Denner.
