Endurance Training Sessions on Thursday Moving Location

Please note that from Thursday 17th September (6.30pm)  the Thursday Endurance Training Group will be moving it's meeting place. (The Thursday Social Groups are unaffected) The Endurance group will be starting to focus on sessions aimed at getting us in condition for the Cross Country season, they would also benefit those not doing XC. New Running Track Sessions Start – TUESDAY 14.July.

TRACK..TRACK ..TRACK..............! Big news . Good news, we will be using the new athletics track at the University , the first session there wil be : - 6.30pm on TUESDAY 14th July. Thursday's endurance squad session will from that point become the Threshold session to be held on the Knavesmire. Tuesday Training – Change of location
