Having tried tested and thoroughly enjoyed one of these events at Easter Liz and I just had to try running the Summer Series. Consisting of 4 self guided trail races through a real variety of countryside this series was a really fun summer training exercise. Vet’s Grand Prix Series. Race 7 Home Event –Knavesmire 5th August

Another successful event with some great running byTeam YKH. A total of 15 club members ran to collect points for the club with one younger member running as a non points scoring guest. Our ladies all ran well with our team of gents excelling in many of the age related placings. First YKH member home was Neill Stabbs (our youngster) who in addition to being placed 5th overall achieved third place in the M35 category.
