Yorkshire XC Championships

Lightwater Valley was the venue for the Yorkshire Cross Country Championship and the first Harriers club run of the year. The course was a little muddier than last year after the recent rain but the rain held off on the day. In the Ladies Race we had our best turnout in a few years with 6 Ladies competing. Jolly Holly 2013

After the excesses of the Christmas period, it was time for the 10th and final club run of 2013, the Jolly Holly Jog in Ripon. 27 Harriers arrived to tackle a multi-terrain course taking in parts of the Studley Royal deer park and the surrounding area. 2013 Vets Year End Report

With several of our stalwart vets sustaining injuries and the inevitable race clashes it has been a somewhat depleted team effort this year. However in true YKH style we competed in all the Grand Prix events of the year as well as in a few of the Championship races.
