On Sunday 4th October, Knavesmire Harriers are organising our first Fell race which is also a club run. In order for this race to take place I need a few volunteers to help out on the day. Endurance Training Sessions on Thursday Moving Location

Please note that from Thursday 17th September (6.30pm) the Thursday Endurance Training Group will be moving it's meeting place. (The Thursday Social Groups are unaffected) The Endurance group will be starting to focus on sessions aimed at getting us in condition for the Cross Country season, they would also benefit those not doing XC.
