---Dalby Dash. Some great results and a good number of runners from YKH at this 10k trail race held in Dalby Forest near Pickering. We had a great Knavesmire one/two with Chris Roberts in first , flying around the course in 33:15 and Phil Elliot Dick second with 33:51. ---West Yorkshire Cross Country League - Nunroyd Park.Race number two in the league was held at an muddless Nunroyd Park in Wakefield. We had a greater number of runners out this time and the Men's team saw a marked improvement.
