Calderdale Way Relay – Entries

Calling all Harriers… 2015 sees the 31st running of the Calderdale Way Relay on Sunday 17th May. This is Britain’s biggest club-run off-road event with around 90 teams and over 1,000 runners taking part in the 2014 edition. Last year, the event included a team from York Knavesmire Harriers having its first crack and finishing in a creditable 38th place. Race 1 - Thornes Park, Wakefield The first race was the October club run so there were a couple of new faces who were trying out some cross country for the first time. They were treated to a lovely warm october day with no sight of any mud. In the Ladies we had Nik Vogan leading the team home in 18th place followed by Liz Matthews 57th, Louise King 70th, Sam Lyth 79th and Kate Murdoch 80th with the team finishing in 7th.
