Muddy Boots – Report

It was just as the song goes MUD GLORIOUS MUD, MORE MUD, AND EVEN MORE MUD. As ever in true grit sytle the above 30 members ran the race and it was great to see Phillip Elliott Dick racing and coming 4th overall. Kirsty Vogan and Cassie did fantastic too and I cannot confirm for sure but they may have won the ladies prizes. By the end of the race all I wanted to do was get changed out of my very muddy shoes and clothes. My feet were so black even after a bath I had to soak them in MILTON!!! … [Read more...]
Broughton Woods Wobble – Report.

It was great to see some new , unexpected and not seen lately faces out racing on the North Yorkshire Moors. Contributing to probably YKH's greatest number of runners at a fell race in some time, a total of ten. The healthy turnout meant we were able to field full teams for both sexes, and in the spirit of equality both YKH teams placed second in their respective competitions.
