YKH Round Up – Tad 10k & Week Ending 8th May.

-YDRRL Tadcaster 10k Knavesmire's ascendant position in the local league was  unabated at Tadcaster. Results Our Men's A and B teams were first and second on the night and of course the Knavesmire Ladies also won their team competition. Strength in depth is currently the name of the game , our first 18 men all posted sub 40 minute times ! , with Chris Roberts continuing to lead the way with second place ( 33:18) followed in third by Sam Allin  ( 34:51). Vale of York 10. report by Phillip Elliott-Dick With a new 10 mile road race on the doorsteps of York, 41 harriers took part in what was described as a flat and fast route, which actually turned out to be a more undulating route, but yet with fully closed roads and a field of 750+, made for a good course and race.
