Every Tuesday at 6:30 pm, over 50 club members meet at the University of York running track (Post code: YO10 5NA) for an hour of track training. This is led by club coach Pete Schofield and his team. Starting on Tuesday 3 October, our coaching team will be hosting a four week "introduction to track training" programme.
