A busy and diverse weekend of running for club members, proving the cold, damp and dark of the English Winter are no impediment to getting out there and giving it a go. The BIG races of the weekend were the Plusnet Yorkshire Marathon and it's new sibling the Yorkshire 10 miler. Anyone who bought the York Press on Monday will be well aware that York Knavesmire Harriers were tremendously well represented, plenty of YKH vests could be seen in the local paper's Marathon Special section. Another busy weekend for members of York Knavesmire Harriers. -Many members were involved in the organisation and marshalling of the Levisham Limping club run. They and those that ran were rewarded with lovely warm Autumnal weather and a trip to a lovely part of the North Yorkshire Moors.
