---Dalby Dash. Some great results and a good number of runners from YKH at this 10k trail race held in Dalby Forest near Pickering. We had a great Knavesmire one/two with Chris Roberts in first , flying around the course in 33:15 and Phil Elliot Dick second with 33:51. The course is mostly uphill to start with and the latter half being largely downhill . ---West Yorkshire Cross Country League - Nunroyd Park.Race number two in the league was held at an muddless Nunroyd Park in Wakefield. We had a greater number of runners out this time and the Men's team saw a marked improvement. Knavesmire's Mens team of 9th Kim Critchley , 22nd Phil Elliot Dick, 26th Sam Allin, 54th Simon Collins and 59th Barry Atkinson were fifth overall out of 15 teams.
