Isle of Skye Half Marathon 14th June 2014 - Report by Sarah Attwood On the 13th of June, we (my parents, husband and I) decided to drive 428 miles up to Portree, to run the 31st Isle of Skye Half marathon. Knavesmire’s Emma Yates 1st Lady at Hull 10k – report

Hull 10k – Sunday 8 June Nine Knavesmire Harriers made the journey to sunny Hull on Sunday to make up the 5,000 strong field in the first of the Jane Tomlinson 10k series this year. The run loops around Hull’s historic city centre and takes in some of its famous landmarks, namely the marina! Easingwold 10k – report

Race report York summer league road race- Easingwold 2014 Well done to all those who turned out in the delightful weather at the Easingwold 10k road race. Once again we had great success in both male and female categories with positions in the top 3 for York Knavesmire Harriers. In the mens race 3rd place went to Lindsay Toulson with a time of 36.15, followed closely by Simon Collins with a time of 36.20. With many of our male members reporting PB’s for the course. Liverpool Rock n Roll Marathon – PB for Stef

On Sun May 25  (Argentina's independence day freedom fans) I ran Liverpool rock n roll marathon my 28th full,  cracking conditions overcast  no wind after usual power breakfast= ambrosia rice cold from tin and a hardboiled egg  (natures energy gel) I set off from corral 2 in the Albert Dock 9am  (commentator insisted on calling them corals, standards man!!).
