Another busy weekend for the hardy runners of York Knavesmire Harriers. -Saturday morning saw the Parkrunners get us underway, YKH numbers were down slightly with 23 club members taking part. The Brass Monkey Gives to Africa

Our club's annual Brass Monkey half marathon has been a great success for over 30 years. The race is our way of giving back to the sport we love. This year we have been able to give to Africa too. Over many years the race accumulated a bulk of unused t-shirts. These were gathering dust in our store cupboards, so our Committee agreed they should go to a better home. Yet another weekend of great running from Knavesmire Harriers club members, with a great variety of events entered and some great results. -Knavesmire's Ladies got the weekend off to a great start in Huddersfield with possibly their best ever result in the West Yorkshire Cross Country League.
