Vets 2016 Any club member aged 35 years or more is eligible to complete in this series of races held throughout the year. Team YKH has been affiliated to the Yorkshire Veterans’ Athletic Association (yvaa) for a number of years and we welcome any club member who would like to run for their club and earn our team valuable points. Vets Report- Spenborough
5 male vets travelled across to Spenborough Athletics Track, for the final vets grand prix of 2015. As we travelled along the M62 on Remembrance Sunday we were thinking that maybe we would have to swim around the course with the amount of rain coming down! But when we got there the weather faired up and we all paid our respects to the men and women who gave their lives for us. Another busy weekend for the hardy runners of York Knavesmire Harriers. -Saturday morning saw the Parkrunners get us underway, YKH numbers were down slightly with 23 club members taking part.
