---West Yorkshire Cross Country League - Race #4 - Keighley. The fourth and final race of the 2016 West Yorkshire Cross Country League was held in Keighley. YKH Weekly Round Up Week Ending 27th November – Relay Team Victories & more…

---Rossendale's Lee Mill Fell Relays. We returned for a second year to this challenging  Pennine relay race , with our Ladies winning the Female Team competition last year we had quite a bit to live up to.       The race held near Bacup , (nr Rochdale) comprises four legs of almost 6.5 miles, climbing through disused Quarries ( now a popular Mountain Biking venue) onto the high moor where perilously deep bogs  had to be negotiated before careening back through the quarries to the … [Read more...]

YKH Weekly Round Up – Week Ending 13th November

---Dalby Dash. Some great results and a good number of  runners from YKH at this 10k trail race held in Dalby Forest near Pickering. We had a great Knavesmire  one/two with Chris Roberts in first ,  flying around the course in 33:15 and Phil Elliot Dick second with 33:51. The course is mostly uphill to start with and the latter half being largely downhill .
