---Yorkshire Vets Cross Country Championships. Loads of medals won at the YVAA XC at Doncaster on Saturday. 18 Harriers pitted themselves against a great, fast cross-country course at the Northern Racing College in Rossington. It was an interesting course with a variety of terrain - fast, flat downhill, twisting woodland paths, a short, grassy climb and a stream crossing.   ---Yorkshire Cross Country Championships - Lightwater Valley, Ripon 07.01.2017. With 18 men and 8 Ladies we had a good number of runners to campaign for the County's  highest honours. Knavesmire's Ladies were first into the fray , their race comprising 1 small and 3 large laps , of a splendidly un-muddy and very run able course, set within pleasant  parkland inside the Big One roller coaster. ---West Yorkshire Cross Country League - Race #4 - Keighley. The fourth and final race of the 2016 West Yorkshire Cross Country League was held in Keighley. YKH Weekly Round Up – Week Ending 13th November

---Dalby Dash. Some great results and a good number of  runners from YKH at this 10k trail race held in Dalby Forest near Pickering. We had a great Knavesmire  one/two with Chris Roberts in first ,  flying around the course in 33:15 and Phil Elliot Dick second with 33:51. The course is mostly uphill to start with and the latter half being largely downhill .
